This is a law firm whose goal is to assist small business owners, especially minority business owners, in legitimizing their businesses, protecting their brand, and their business deals. We sell contract templates, and offer affordable business formation, for around the same price and sometimes less than the top DIY legal needs sites. Some of our other services are a little pricer, such as copyright and trademark services, however with the small business owner in mind, we offer payment plans. In addition to legal services, we teach courses on the ins and outs of business, business mindset, strategies, marketing, networking, and more.
